MAKING AN APPLICATION

HOW/WHEN CAN I LODGE AN APPLICATION?

You can lodge an application for review by way of written notice to the Registrar. For the application to be valid it must be received by the Registrar within 14 days of the decision to which you are aggrieved. The application may be received by mail or facsimile transmission.

WHAT FORMAT SHOULD AN APPLICATION BE IN?

An application for review of a decision under the Gas Pipelines Access (Queensland) Law 1 must -

  1. be in the form approved by the chairperson of the tribunal;
  2. be signed by or for the applicant; and
  3. state the grounds on which the applicant seeks review of the decision.
